what is built

Real functionality, not a mockup

Everything below talks to the live API. Workspaces, members, invitations and widget settings are persisted in Turso; conversation and message transport is the next phase.

Workspaces with real isolation

Every request resolves membership server-side. Non-members get a 404, so workspace IDs cannot be probed, and roles are enforced per action.

Invites that respect seats

Invitations are bound to the invitee's email, hashed at rest, expire in seven days, and an atomic seat check makes concurrent accepts safe.

Widget configuration

Each workspace gets a public widget key, an allow-list of origins, branding colour, launcher position and a welcome message — editable in the dashboard.

Edge-native runtime

Hono on Workers, Drizzle over libSQL, Better Auth sessions. No servers to patch, and the Durable Object that will carry realtime chat is already deployed.
